The hotel offers an excellent location right in the heart of Key West, making it easy to explore local attractions and nightlife. The staff is attentive and tries their best to provide good service despite some challenges. Unfortunately, the rooms could use some updates, and the dining options were limited and not very impressive. Overall, it's a decent place but has its downsides, especially for the price you're paying.
